My type design project is a research zine into the discipline. Examining the the thought behind the process, the history of the design, and rules which have been built. As well as this throughout the book their are visual responses to type design, such as a photographic study of Liverpool’s type design with vectors which are presented through stickers. 36 Days of type was a visual response into how the letterform can also be an artwork. And I finally I designed a lowercase untitled humanist typeface as humanist typefaces are deemed the most legible and readable for people, especially for those with disabilities. The zine uses colour and page mechanics to keep the content and information informed but build pace within the zine.
