My graphic arts research project, is looking into ‘How can retail brands use digital technology and e-commerce to create smarter experiences which engage the customer journey? The publication exploring the role of digital technologies and e-commerce within retail design and how it is being developed as a platform for consumers and brands to form closer relationships and create more unique experiences both inside and out of store. The publication explores current brand attitudes to this, documenting through case studies and visual imagery.
